Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, in original packaging
- Applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@entrprize.com with your order number and reason for return
- Include photos of the product if it is damaged or defective
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 7 days of delivery are not eligible for returns.
